sorted steam.

The 3 bellow sorted streams
|
|
* `[1, 4, 6, 7, 7, 10, ...`
|
|
* `[0, 5, 8, 10, ...`
|
|
* `[5, 6, 10,...`
|
|
|
|
Should output `[0, 1, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7, 8, 10, 10, 10, ...`
